I choose not to publish my personal name, in order to protect both my own privacy and that of my clients.

When you contact me or make an appointment, I may process the following data:

  • Name or pseudonym – so I know who I am communicating with
  • Phone number – for WhatsApp communication only
  • Any location details – for example, hotel address or private spa, solely for the purpose of scheduling the appointment
  • Any preferences or desires – only if you choose to share them

In addition, the website may automatically collect technical data, such as:

  • IP address (for security and spam detection)
  • Browser information (necessary for proper display and traffic analysis)
  • Any cookies (see below)

Cookies

This website may place functional cookies to improve the site’s performance and to prevent spam.

  • Cookies are not used for advertising or third-party tracking.
  • Cookies for comments or forms are solely intended to remember your preferences (name/email) for your next visit.
  • Technical cookies for security are automatically deleted when you close your browser or expire after a limited period of time.

Purposes of Data Processing

I use your data exclusively for:

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Answering questions via WhatsApp or the contact form
  • Ensuring safety, discretion, and clear communication
  • Booking a hotel or private spa, if you request it

I do not share your data with third parties, except when necessary to carry out the appointment (e.g., a reservation) or when required by law.

Retention Period

  • WhatsApp and contact messages: up to 3 months after the appointment, unless a follow-up appointment is scheduled.
  • Hotel or spa reservations: data is deleted as soon as the booking has been completed.
  • Website data: technical log files and spam filters are automatically cleared after a short period of time.
  • Invoices (if applicable): are kept for 7 years in accordance with tax retention requirements.

Security

I take appropriate measures to protect your data, such as:

  • Communication exclusively via secure channels (WhatsApp with end-to-end encryption)
  • Limited retention period and manual deletion of old messages
  • No storage of sensitive data on external platforms

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access the data I hold about you
  • request correction or deletion
  • request restriction of processing or object to it
  • receive an export of the data you have provided

I may update this privacy statement from time to time, for example when legislation changes or my services are modified. The most current version is always available on my website or can be requested via WhatsApp.
